Acerca de Zpang

Hace 15 años, mientras trabajaba para Konami, en Tokyo, Japón, el fundador de Zpang, Jeremy Blaustein, comenzó a traducir videojuegos al inglés. En ese momento, la traducción era una derivación más que un acto formal de creación. Muchos de ustedes han oído la frase "All your base are belong to us”, en español "Toda tu base son nos pertenecen a nosotros", famosa por ser una mala traducción del japonés al inglés. Bien, todo es verdad. Pero en los albores de la era del CD-ROM, algo cambió. Para Jeremy, el cambio comenzó con el éxito de culto de Sega CD, Snatcher, que estableció un nuevo estándar para el humor y la actuación de voz. Algunos años después, Jeremy trabajó en estrecha colaboración con I+D para crear éxitos que estremecieron a la industria tales como Metal Gear Solid y Silent Hill. Se labró una reputación como autor y director de voz, tan comprometido con el trabajo localizado como los creadores originales de los juegos. Un éxito siguió al otro y Zpang aún está entre nosotros, luchando por una causa justa para los fanáticos de los juegos en todo el mundo.
